All families with one or more children attending or applying for participating non-public schools are eligible to apply. For a list of schools in our programs, please click here. All scholarship programs have different guidelines and varied funding availability each year, so not all families who apply will be awarded.
Families may apply online for the upcoming school year beginning on the first day of the open application period. The 2021-22 open application period will begin on January 11th, 2021 and close on February 26th, 2021. All families who wish to be considered for Catholic Families Tuition Assistance (CFTA), the Parish Employees Endowment Fund (PEEF), and/or a new or requalifying Beyond Sunday or SOAR! scholarship must apply during the open application period.
Alive in Christ is first-come, first-served, so we encourage all families to apply as early as possible. City residents should also apply as early as possible to be considered for new awards in Help for Today, Hope for Tomorrow.
Families applying for requalification in Alive in Christ or Help for Today, Hope for Tomorrow may apply after February 26th, 2021, but will not be considered for any other programs. For more information on the 2021-22 application cycle, please click here to view our family flyer.

Residents of surrounding cities and counties do not need to submit proof of residency. Any of the following documents are considered a valid proof of residency:
All families applying for a new scholarship or reapplying for scholarships will also need the following financial documents to submit a complete application. Income of other adults living with you should be included only if they contribute to household expenses and/or any of your child(ren)’s tuition. If you are not able to upload your documents directly to the online application, you may submit the online application form and send the required documents in by fax, email, or mail.
TTEF is unable to review FACTS applications for consideration for any scholarship we administer. FACTS should only be submitted if your child’s school requires using the site for tuition management and/or parish/school-funded aid. Parents should inquire with their child’s school for more information.
