About

The principal activity of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation is putting scholarship dollars and families together to create the opportunity for St. Louis children in great need to attend the school of their choice.

History

In 1991, visionary Catholic leaders formed the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation to address declining enrollment and increasing operational costs for Catholic schools in the City of St. Louis. The Foundation was established as a separate, nonprofit corporation overseen by a board of directors and operated by an executive staff.

Today, the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation serves families of all faiths and offers full and partial tuition assistance scholarships to children attending both Catholic and non-Catholic schools. Determination and substantial funding support provided by the Foundation have allowed many bright, energetic young learners to experience – some for the first time – the exhilaration that comes with personal accomplishment and achievement in school. The generosity of individuals and corporations, along with community leaders, educators and the Archdiocese of St. Louis, continues to transform the educational landscape. The Foundation is a driving force that can be seen and felt in the lives of those who are helped.

Vision

The vision of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation is to change the future by providing hope, opportunity, a choice and a chance for children and their families. It is to awaken the community to the fact that the future of children – all children – is everyone’s responsibility.

Working together, we can make this vision a reality.

We can change the future, one child at a time.
